Retailer One on One is a single day, extreme networking function where leaders in the commercial real estate industry have convened under one roof for over 13 years.

Retailer One On One is a one-day, face-to-face networking and deal-making event comprised of retailers and restaurants, shopping center owners and investors, brokers, attorneys, architects, engineers and others associated with the commercial real estate industry.  Year in and year out the "show" produces the largest number of actively growing retail and restaurant concepts in the nation, as well as the hottest up and coming concepts.

What makes the Retailer One On One deal-making show different from any other is the casual "out of suit," relaxed networking environment during the day, followed by an energetic luau dinner and live entertainment, which further fosters networking into the evening.  The show even imports landscaping and adds special lighting and a Jumbotron suspended from the ceiling to display the hosting sponsors.  In addition to all the above, the venue’s location can't be beat.  The Expo is held at Universal Orlando’s Royal Pacific Resort, smack in the middle of the state.  Because of the unique nature of the show, although located in Florida, many of the attendees come from across the country to do deals.

Retailer One On One was founded in 1998 by Alan Charron and Julia Sosa. Mr. Alan Charron is the president of Real Property Specialists and Mrs. Julia Sosa is in charge of New Business Development at Real Property Specialists, a full-service brokerage firm that specializes in the retail industry and is located in Orlando, Florida.
